Anyone else going to Celebration Europe?

As we didn't get to Star Wars Weekends this year we thought this would be the next best thing

I was at the first 2 star wars weekends this year and im at celebrations on the Saturday.

Ok now i'm worried. i only booked 2 tickets for the saturday and they still haven't arrived. has anyone else not got theirs???

I was a little disappointed - seemed to be more of a Star Wars dealers convention than anything else, and they weren't selling anything you can't get any otrher day. There have been far better Star Wars events in this country, like The Art of Star Wars at the Barbican a few years ago. Even the Star Wars Exhibition that is currently at County Hall has far more on show.

Maybe the shows made it worthwhile but looking at the queues I gave them a miss - I'm not one for waiting for ages, for anything!

The characters were fun and the gallery art was fantastic.

Where's Anakin when you need him?
