Anyone else getting this message from Member Services

After trying for over an our to get on the web site,, I get a message that says there is a problem with my membership and to call the 800 number. Is anyone else getting this tonight?

I got the same message last week. I was never able to get through to MS. I was able to log on the next day and make our thanksgiving reservation fortunately.
