Anyone else getting phone calls about selling your DVC?

For the past 2 days we have been getting phone calls (3 calls total) from a resale company saying that they received my inquiry about selling my DVC. It isn't one of the usual DVC resalers that we are familiar with. I know our information is public so they are probably getting it from the OC comptroller. I was wondering if anyone else is getting these calls? We just bought ours at the end of last year so are certainly not looking to sell it.

I get calls about selling my timeshare (we only own DVC) a lot. Yes, they're getting the info from public records. Just ask to be put on their do-not-call list. Doesn't always work, but worth trying.

A business that just keeps getting more annoying . We used to get these calls about once every couple months. Then they became once to twice a month. then once a week, and lately it has been about three times a week.

I guess I may have gotten a call.....I saw one come through with a 407 area code, but we don't answer any calls unless the caller ID shows who's calling. If it's important, they'll leave a message....so far no messages left.

Exactly what I do too. I suspect I have gotten a few calls, but also do not answer unknown numbers. If it's important, they'll leave a message.

Just a reminder, if you haven't mailed back the "do not share info" form that is included in your dues statement, Disney/DVC can share your info with others.

Same here. We have had several of these calls in the past but now that we have caller ID, I don't answer any number/ID I don't recognize. If they are still calling us, they never leave a message which is fine by me because it saves me the trouble of deleting it!

We have received these calls, plus letters in the mail about selling ever since we purchased DVC. I just ignore all of them.
