Anyone Else Get Let Down

I've been trying to go to Disneyland since May... Every time something comes up and I can't make it. Anyone else run into problems when they try to get to Disneyland?

I felt let down last January when we weren't able to go on our (whole-family) trip due to my mom having a stroke. For that there was a combination of worry and disappointment all rolled up into one.

Hopefully you'll get there soon.

I know how you feel. We have been trying to plan a trip to WDW since 2009. We are going to use our families time share and only get it every other year. We missed out in 2010 cuz we didn't save enough $. Then we started saving in 2011 to go in 2012 but the money was used for the cars and a family emergency. So we are going to start over and save after the holidays for a trip in 2014. Geez, we will get there! But in the meantime we visit DL frequently. Good luck to you!

YES! We were really hoping to be able to go to DLR for Halloween and attend the trick or treat party on Halloween! We love the first week of November, so that would have been the perfect trip for us!

Sadly, we just can't go. We can't make it work. So, yes, I feel very let down.

Sure, I wanted to go this month (Halloween is my favorite!!!!) but we didn't make it, instead we are going in Dec so I have to wait a while....but I just keep trying and eventually it works out. Hang in there, it will work out for you too.

"Let Down" Ive been to DL every year since 1978-2008, then we went bankrupt and just lost our house to foreclosure. Im never going to get a chance to go again! Try going every year, then quitting cold turkey! I now get Disney tattoos to fill the void:sad 2:

Yes, Me too!! I have had to change my plans twice for our upcoming trip! Wanted to go for the holidays, but a family health issue and work conflicts have pushed the trip back to January!! Crossing my fingers!!

I really wanted to go the first week of December and DH did too but we just couldn't pull it all together. Maybe next year. I really love Disney during the Christmas.
