Anyone else find AAA better then ZBH???

Our AAA agent used the ZB something code and we got an additional $255 off of our already discounted AAA package.

I saved WAY more with the code than AAA, plus I have a preferred room instead of standard.

I just wanted to thank you for posting the link in your message. I clicked on it and put my dates and hotel in. We are going 11/26 - 12/2 staying at the Wilderness lodge in a woods view room. When I went through the process on the link a courtyard view room came up for our dates for $15 more. I called my AAA agent and she got it booked for me. I did the same thing about 1/2 hour later and it was about $200 more.

I honestly don't know what code it was, just that it was the passholder rate.

I was originally booked 8 nights Poly Nov 17-25 for $370 per night with tax with AAA rate.

It changed to $325 with tax a night with passholder rate.

So I saved approx $360 over the 8 nights.

The difference in price of the ticket I was going to buy and the AP was about $200 and then buying the DDE card for $60. I was still ahead even without the 20% off my table service meals.

I figure I will save at least $300 total with the AP rate over AAA. Plus I have a reason to go back before my AP expires.

I just hung up with a CM and she told me that we cannot get a AAA discount on a "package"... they can only extend the discount if we buy book the room and the passes separately. Then, you cannot get the FP.

Oh well. Maybe I won't get a discount (boo hoo).... I do have until December, though....

You CAN get a discount on a package but you must book the package thru AAA. CRO can book AAA room only discounts, but if you want a AAA discount and the DDP, then you have to use a AAA TA. HTH!
