Anyone else excited about Wizarding World of Harry Potter

I can't wait to see it. Although I love Disney, Universal keeps adding things that make us want to return.

OK so I'm not following, robot arm? Robo arm? I didn't see the visuals, so I'm not picturing this, how is this working in with a ride?

They had a piece on the local news awhile back about this. It literally is like the robot arms they use in the car manufacturing industry. It has multiple joints which allow it to twist and turn. At the end of the arm, is a compartment that seats two people. It goes up and down, twists side ways and back and forward. One of the news people rode it along with one of the manufacturing people. The news guy looked ill at the end. It is not going to be for the faint of heart.

At the time, I wondered if they would theme this to do with a quiditch match. The visual that you look at while moving could make you feel like you were part of the game. I'll never ride it, but it does sound cool!

Yes, I'm very excited. I love Harry Potter and I love Universal too. I also love Disney. I've had great times at both Universal and Disney

I'm VERY excited about it, but not planning a special trip around it. I think I'll wait until the initial crowds subside (sure it will be regularly crowded forever!)

I've always wondered what Butter Beer would really taste like!

I have a made up recipe for Butter Beer that I make for DS when we are having a Mommy & son late night Harry Potter movie night.

I have made Butter Beer a few ways but these are the two easiest.

Butter Beer #1

cream soda
1/2 c butterscotch ice cream syrup
1/2 tablespoon butter

In 16 oz glass Micro butter and butterscotch for 1 - 1 1/2 min till fully mixed.
cool slightly add cold cream soda.

Butter Beer #2

Root beer or cream soda
vanilla ice cream
butterscotch ice cream syrup

Make a root beer or cream soda float and add butterscotch syrup to it.
