I still feel bad about this. We were staying at Pop last year and my shoes were wet. I asked for a blow dryer to try and dry the shoes. I just turned it on and set it down in the shoe, not all the way in but at an angle. Well, after about 10 minutes it quit. I figured it must have overheated or something. Well, it didn't just overheat. It melted! 
I felt so bad. Anyone else ever tear anything up?
