Anyone else do obscure movie/ride references?

DH and I are both teachers, so we have email contact throughout the day. We do obscure movie and ride reference quotes like ALL THE TIME! MLK we "converted" a virgin to an AP holder (no easy thing in only 3 days!), so now all three of us are spending tons of time emailing obscure quotes back and forth from rides, shows, movies...

The quote I threw out that Andrea got really quick on another thread (from Monster's Inc.,) had me wondering if she and I are the only nuts. I can't believe obscure quotes is strictly a Vegas thing?????

Oh heck no! I am totaly onboard with the obscure movie and ride quotes. Dh and I being Disney freaks totally do this. Everyone thinks we are idiots. My kids will even throw some in everynow and then. Ds speaks in the "Cars" language. I can't think of a single example though!!!!! I've put myself on the spot and now I'm drawing a blank.

We do this with more than Disney movies. I'm constantly throwing out "Wedding Crashers" and "Talladega Nights" to Dh when appropriate (or not)

Hey the tagless and proud club is still going strong. I might be the only memeber left from that club, but hey I'm still going strong.
And my DH and I are quote freaks, we don't really quote rides so much as we do movies. Although my brother and I like to make the sound the frer bear makes in splash mountain when his legs are tied up and he's moving up and down and he goes oooaa, ooooooh, just to make eachother laugh. And we're the only ones that know what we're doing and everyone else looks at us like we're retarded.
