Anyone eaten at Coral Reef recently?

I am looking at getting the tuna, but the last time I got it it had a soy glaze. Now, the menu says it has some kind of fish sauce. What is that?
The only seafood I eat is Tuna so this may change our minds.

Is this the "pan seared" tuna? If so my husband had it last month (early May), because it was new to the menu (from our Feb 07 trip) and he liked it very much. We ate there a second time that trip and he got it again. I can't answer you question about the sauce as I didn't even realize there was one, but it did look good.

Remember, you can always ask them to prepare it for you without the fish sauce -- or to serve the sauce on the side so that you can try it and see if you want to use it.

All the restaurants at WDW are very good about things like that.

We ate there last Decemebr and really loved it. I would just ask them to prepare the way you want it.
