Anyone eat Maize-crusted Halibut at Jikos?

Has anyone ever ate the Maize-crusted Halibut at Jikos?
How is it prepared--is is fried? grilled? baked?
Did you like it?

I was going to also ask about the Tuna Tartar dish--
I don't care for uncooked fish and was wondering if you
could order it cooked?

I believe it was pan fried-not deep fried. The coating was lighter reminded me of cornmeal breading, not like a batter. I thought it was great, it was a large piece and it the sauce was a great combo. The vegetables of the moment were crispy and well seasoned. Overall, it was a great dish. I also recommend the bbq chicken flatbread with apples-yum!

In the pic it almost looks like tamales(not that there's anything wrong with that).

Re tuna tartare cooked? I'm sure they'd do it, but there must be a better choice. I think eating something that was conceived as being served raw just wouldn't be that good if if it were cooked.

The flatbread is an appetizer so yes, it's available at dinner.
