From Ontario. We just received the CAA triptik for our trip next month and their seems to be an aweful lot of Repairs Stamps throughout the route to FLA:scared1: Wondering if anyone has driven it lately??? Thanks Kathy

Would love to know too....
Do you have Dave Hunter's "Drive the i75" book ?
It was great for our trip in 2006.

We drove there this summer and there wasnt any major problems actually I noticed MORE construction when we were in the Florida State maybe 1 or 2 along the way but NOTHING that kept us waiting or slow traffic so not sure if since end of July if theres more but as of end of July barely anything

My parents and I have taken I-75 every year since the summer of 1996 and we just took it this past August. We had no problems expect for a major accident in the Northbound lanes while driving South the day we arrived to Florida, which closed a long stretch of the Interstate on that side. Driving back home in Georgia a truck had flipped over, however we were lucky enough that it feel the right way so it did not cause a huge delay like we saw when driving South.

We also purchase Dave Hunter's Along The I-75 book, which has always helped us a lit. If you did not know he also has a new Florida Interstate book which is designed like the I-75 book, the difference it's only all the Florida Interstates exits and not just for I-75. Also because of that book the Along I-75 book is now released every 2 years and it's the same for the Florida book. Since the most recent I-75 book was released last year, that means the Florida Interstate book should already be for sale.

Yes, we have the last 2 versions, as well as his Florida Interstates book. It is a must have for our drive down.
I75 online lists 57B-50A (Dayton) in Ohio reduced for bridge work, and 353-351 in Georgia -the right lane and shoulder (South bound) - under construction in late November. The Triptik has about 75% of the route under some form of construction. Just wondering how bad it actually is.

When we were going down in August, there was a huge project just south of Atlanta. It prompted us to come back up 77. Not sure if it is completed by now or not but was a huge pain when we were hauling our trailer!

Just got our trip tik today and noticed all the construction too!! Has anyone drove the I-75 route or the 77/79 one lately and can give us an update??
