Brad,

How far of a walk was it fronm Ziegfield Theater to Roseland Ballroom. Also, could you take your own pics with the princesses?

We are going this Saturday as well, we will be at the 1pm show.

Im not Brad...but its a 5 min walk...10 in holiday crowds tops. Ziegfield is btwn 6th and 7th on 54th...and the Roseland is on 52nd btwn 7th and 8th. Not hard or far.

Thank you. That doesn't sound bad at all. I was a little worried since I will have my 4yo and 5yo and it will be dark by the time we leave the theater.

Those who went this past Saturday , how was it? How early did you get there? Did you have to check your cameras and cell phones?

We had a great time. We arrived about 45 minutes early and that was plenty of time to get great seats (general admission). They did take your camera from you and gave you a claim ticket to get it after the movie let out. They had a kid popcorn/souvenir cup special for like $8.75 which wasn't bad since popcorn and a drink is that much anyway.

oh cool.. How long was the movie? How much time did you spend over at Roseland Ballroom?

We are trying to decide if we want to go see the Christas tree before or after the event.. and have to figure out where to park.

The movie was about an hour and a half. We spent a little over an hour at the Roseland Ballroom. The main room was all the princesses and the lines to see them were really long. We only saw a few of them since we are going to WDW next week and it was kind of silly to wait in line to see them. We spent a lot of time doing the other things - games, obstacle course, looking at the movie props, ect... There are plenty of parking garages right in the area of the theatre, there is actually one garage next door. We took the LIRR in so we didn't bother with a car.

Does anyone know if under 3 is free on a lap? Not sure if it works like the parks. I found tickets, but there are only 3 and I'm not treking into the city alone with them.

I went yesterday with my DD(5) and 5 of her friends and their moms. It was WONDERFUL! We ate at Ellen's Stardust Diner (51st and Broadway) Waitstaff sings while you eat. Girls LOVED it! Went to Macy's windows and just loved it too!

Movie was great. It was about 1/1/2hrs long. Roseland Theatre was a few blocks away. Lines were long for princesses. Tiana's line was the longest and waited about 20 minutes to see her. If I had to do it again, I would leave a few minutes early at the end to beat the crowds.

Have a great time!
