The first 90 mins after park opening (which means til 11:30, generally) you go to hollywood backlot area- past Monsters Inc ride, all the way back. You get meet Pluto or Chip/Dale, I believe they do it in 30 mins increments, like first 30mins pluto, then rotate, then pluto again. They will ask to see your Visa to maek sure it's valid and they will also give you a little card that you can take to the store at the front of DCA and that voucher gets you a free 5 X 7 photo. In the past they have let me PICK which picture, so it doesn't even have to be from the meet n greet. You can do it daily and get one each day. The meet n greet used to be "more" special (used to be Mickey and Goofy, and in a better area indoors vs just under cover). Keep track of those time frames I told you, so maybe if you do it more than one day, you aren't perpetually seeing Pluto (which has been my luck the last few years).
