I would like to know how much your payments are if you financed it for 10 years. We will be paying it off alot sooner but just wanted to know if we financed for that length of time.
Feel free to PM me if you dont want to reply to this I totally understand and would do the same thing.
I promise I want rat you out to the Dis police:lmao:

Here are a few scenarios and my assumptions:

Scenario 1 - 110 points, over 10 years @ 8%, purchase price of $96 ppt.
Contract Price = $10,560
Monthly payment on 10 years is approximately $128.12

Scenario 2 - 110 points, over 10 years @ 10.5%, purchase price of $96 ppt.
Contract Price = $10,560
Monthly payment on 10 years is approximately $142.50

Scenario 3 - 110 points, over 10 years @ 10.5%, purchase price of $82 ppt.
Contract Price = $9,020
Monthly payment on 10 years is approximately $121.71

Not sure, but when we purchased a little over a year ago, both Dis and the Timeshare Store were in the 10.5% range. We ended up financing through our mortgage company and got a 7.125%. If financing $10,500 over 10 years, the difference between the two is about $20 per month. With interest rates coming down, I'd say Dis is still somewhere in the 10% range with good credit. If I remember correctly, that also assumed that your payment was debited from your account as well. Otherwise, the interest rate was a little higher.

Thank You very much.;)

We toured the DL Dream Suite last Sat and one of the guides gave me the info...he was trying to get us to add on 110 points.

$11,440 less credit $1,100, $1,144 down, financing $9,196 equals $125.38 per month. 2008 monthly dues at SSR for 110 = $38.59 per month. Interest rate 10.75%

10.75% if auto debited from your checking/saving account each month.
11.75% if not.

$880 credit if AKV, same amount($1,144 = 10%) down. Should be about $128 month for 10 years.

Just wondering....
The amount financed is the amount after the down payment is subtracted, right? Is tax added onto the price before or after the down payment? Also, I thought the cost was $94.00 when purchasing the 110 point add-on?

The $94 per point is the net cost. $104 - $10 credit for SSR.
