Anyone doing the may 07 dance?!

This is kind of off topic, but I thought someone here might be able to answer my question. I have posted in on other threads with no response:

I have been searching all over this site. I know I read something somewhere about taxis vs. Mears vs. private car/limo. I want to get any advice I can to decide how we want to get from the airport to Shades, but we want to stop at a grocery store on the way. Any tips on what's best and what's most cost-efficient will be greatly appriciated. We usually travel via Mears, but they don't stop at stores and we don't want to rent a car if at all possible.

There'll be myself, dh and our 3 kids, my parents and my sister. This is the first trip for our kids and the last time dh was there he was 6. Words cannot describe how excited we are!!! :jumping1:

I don't know about taxis and Mears, but I can say that last time we went to WDW, we used the Tiffany towncar service. We were very happy, and a 30 minute grocery stop is included. I thought it was a reasonable price, and they even supplied the car seats. I'm not sure of the web address, but they do have a website, and it used to have a coupon with it. The driver was very helpful and friendly, and the company was there waiting for us even though our plane had been delayed over an hour!!! No extra charge or anything (I just called them from the plane to say we were delayed and their dispatch kept an eye on the flight). Hope this helps!

Thanks for that review. It's tiffanytowncars.com. My family and I just booked them to pick us up for our May trip.

I just got through paying the remaining balance on the vacation house..so in a little less then 2 months , we'll be at the Emerald Island Resort!!

Only 42 days left for me. I'll be there May 13-19 for disneymoon. I can't wait. I really hope the days we are there go by slow. :rotfl:
