I am interested in looking into this and would so much appreciate any information (good or bad) you can give me.

Thanks!

I was a JC counselor in 1990 when they first started getting going. I became the skinniest that I ever was! 40 hours a week of Jenny really works:lmao:
The program is pricey, but the food was good and a no brainer to follow. So if you have lots of extra cash and want a program that's easy to follow, it will be a good fit for you. If you are responsible for feeding a family you are better off at something like WW. When you go into the center don't sign anything until they tell you exactly how much week 1 and 2 will cost you in JC food. Also ask to see the grocery list as you will be required to buy produce.
Hope it helps!

I joined Jenny Craig in November and a pre-set food menu is what works for me. For some reason I could never lose more than 20 lbs on Weight Watchers. They're both great programs but I feel JC is better for me...right now. Yes, it does become pricy but as long as I can afford it I feel I am worth it.
It's funny, people will have no problem buying a piece of cake or candy (me included!) but have a problem buying healthier food.
It's worth it, that first time your weightloss gets noticed no food has ever tasted as good as the comment makes you feel.
