We have several regular posters on the WISH forum (We're Inspired to Stay Healthy) who are following the core program. I'm still following the FlexPoints program.
If you want to find others to share good diet information with, whether Weight Watchers or another program, or to share exercise tips with, WISH is the place!
I do the Flex Program, but I was at the meeting where they introduced the Core Program. It sounds like an excellent program for people who enjoy eating a wide variety of foods. Also, WW offers many recipes that are made using only core foods. You also get a weekly points allowance of 35 points to use for foods not on the core foods list, which is nice. If you are a picky eater, you might consider using the Flex Program instead, but if you like lots of different foods, then give Core a try.
