Anyone do the Dillards end of year clearance.?

So what did you get?

I got some Rebok Easy Tone shoes for $37!!!! Reg $100. I got DS a pair of Puma shoes (super cute) for $15. I got DD and DS a bunch of shirts for $2-$5. Had so much fun!!!!

Bought my husband 4 Polo Ralph Lauren pants for $88 total. Regular price on each was $90. The shoe area was a mess so I was not able to find anything. Though, we did arrive late at mall.. after lunch time. I'm sure those that got there at 8am when they opened found some great deals.

Bought retail over 900 but paid 240 - favorite purchase Dooney purse 200 for 65. - bought shirts for my husband for 11.25 retail 45 each - sheets for my mom 90 pd. 30 - jacket 119 pd. 25 - My friend and I are going to make it an annual tradition. I was exhausted when I got home.

They had a special end of year sale on New Years Day. I believe all sale merchandise was an additional 50% off that day.

I knew about the sale, but the nearest Dillards to me is 2 hours away, and we had company over, so I missed the sale. I looked at picking up a couple of things online, but shipping costs were high, and their website must have been slammed because it was way wonky that day. Oh well. Money saved I guess.

I love Dillards end of season sales. It was so much easier when we had a Dillards just 10 minutes away though.

I always go New Year's day, they do have the best sales!

Yesterday was sort of a "light" day for me, since I was trying to be "good!"

A Wallace stainless steel flatware set, 116 pieces (16 place settings, 16 extra tablespoons, plus 8 serving pieces) Originally $200, got for $50!

bought a about 12 boys shirts for my two sons, each was in the $1.20-$2.50 range (total was $28), most were originally about $20-25

and a $40 blanket for $10.

My husband and I went for the 50% off - have been waiting for it to get him some clothes from the Big and Tall section! Spent $67 on about five shirts and a pair of gym shorts.

Then we went to Belk and got him an Izod jacket (lined windbreaker type) - regularly $125 for $37 after 60% off, 15% coupon and discounts.
