I surprised my nanny with this and the actual tour was nice but her "souvenier" pictures are blurry and worthless and I did not ask to see them until we were back home. She said the photographer just told her something was "wrong" with the camera and that was that. (My nanny is shy and would never bring this up, as she was so grateful for getting to do it) but I am very frustrated with this. I have tried twice to contact the "coordinator" and left messages and no response!!
