Anyone do an 11:00am Chef Mickey's breakfast?

I was wondering if the food is still fresh at this time and how the character interaction is. Thank you.

ago we had an 11:15 ADR and the trip before that an 11:25 ADR. The late ADR for the previous trip was due to an error on my part. The most recent trip was intentional. CM is our last meal at Disney. Previously we ate there about 10:00 and headed to DTD for last minute shopping. I preferred the later meal time and that has now become our routine.

The late ADRs are seated in one section. This past trip we had four characters in the one area at the same time. Only Mickey came later. In my opinion the character interaction was better than the times we ate earlier.

The food also was not an issue. They will eventually shut down one side of the buffet, but the dishes on the open side were being replenished regularly/ We left about 12:30 and there were still fresh food being placed on the buffet.

Thank you for your reply. We are considering doing something similar, a late Chef Mickey's breakfast/brunch and head to DTD afterwards for some shopping.
