Anyone cry like I do?

ME! I am an elementary music teacher and I have to buy all of the sound tracks to everything! I always tear up when I hear Wishes and When You Wish Upon A Star!

Another teacher here who sneaks peeks at the DIS during planning!! I also tear up often - my children still talk about my near-breakdown at the Living Seas when I realized the manatees (my favorite animal) were unexpectedly back - they were supposed to be elsewhere while the tank was refurbished or something. At any rate, I was practically sobbing at the glass while DD acted like she didn't know me! I also cried at Fantasmic and teared up in several other places during that trip. I got DD back, though, when she started bawling at our character breakfast and her favorite, Tigger, came by our table. (What she didn't see was the fact that *her* crying had *me* tearing up yet again!)

It doesn't help that my hormones are always out of whack!
I see the parades, I cry. I see a character, I cry, I see the castle from the monorail, I cry!

Oh yeah.
Watching a touching character inaction with a child, movie moments, hearing the excited voices (child's and adults alike) in the parks, the music(s), Fantasmic, Illuminations, Wishes, seeing the big sign as we enter onto WDW property, listening to CD's. All these things and more can 'set me off'.

Sometime I feel mildly embarrassed about it, but I can't help it. The stuff really touches me.
I think it's only because I've got a "line-backers' build" no one's ever called me a sissy about it!

Emotional me ??? lol I am planning my first trip for May. I cried when I got the cindys breakie reservation. I had to ask her to hold on so I could get a kleenex. I also know I will well up at the breakie when my daughter sees the princesses and viewing the castle. I can hardly wait.

I, too, just recently joined the Dis. I love it . I am so excited when we get there that I jump up and down acting like kid. But when we walk down Main Street and see the castle I just stand there with tears in my eyes. And the interaction the characters have with all the children. Don't get me started with Illuminations and Wishes, or the shows. My DD10 gets the same way. Disney has the magic.

i cry everytime I leave the WL and we are driving to I4 and I see that dad gum sign with Mickey waving--- SEE YOU REAL SOON!

DH and i cried our way through Disney World! it was our first trip with our girls , my first trip ever. can't wait for the 2nd trip in Jan. and i can absolutely garantee that i will once again, cry my way through. It really was the happiest, most magical place i have ever been!!

And Fantasmic
And Spectromagic
And during the film at the end of One Man's Dream
And...well...the whole time, but especially as we're leaving and pass through those gates...darn those gates!!!!

Disney is the most magical place in my opinion and I cry too. There is something about sharing it with my kids and seeing them hug Mickey and the characters & the waterworks are on. We are leaving in 6 days [oh my goodness, I cannot believe only 6 days] and we are taking my 17 month old for the first time. Trust me, I'll be bawling as he takes it all in. I am with you 100% - Disney is the greatest! Kim
