Hi there! I've just begun following an old Weight Watchers book that allows servings of fruit, dairy, meat, bread, fats, etc. (The only thing I'm not really following is the "liver once a week" business!
That's just cruel.) Wondering if anyone else counts servings, instead of carbs calories, etc. (I also did Richard Simmons Deal a Meal when I was 11, which was somewhat similar.) How many servings of each group do you eat? Have you found it successful?
