Thanks so much DocBosch and ParkHopperUO for such good looking avatars and letting us all use them!I really liked all your designs. What do you all think about a tiny annimated coaster going around on ParkHopperUO coaster of the Hulk? Also what about a tiny coaster on DocBosch going around?I was trying to think how to fit in Dr Doom going up but did not see enough room.Is it hard to do, for it would be neat to see them annimated?.Thanks again!! So glad that Spaceman Spiff started this whole idea about avatars!!
I'll see if I can get somebody more suitable on the animated GIF cause.
I'm going to look for more pictures that we can use, and on Feb 17, during my next trip, I'll make it a point to take pictures specifically to make avatars out of. I'll even take some in sequence, to make cool animated ones.
I think the program I'm currently using compreseses the images too much, so I'm gonna look into downloading Photoshop.
It sure is exciting seeing all of your avitars together for it makes a really interesting movie. It is just like being at IOA seeing your coaster flying and you even added the water so we could get wet.You did a great job!!Everyone has been so generous sharing their avatars that it shows how crazy you all are for 1OA and UO.Thank you !!!
I checked with the DIS Tech Support team and they confirmed that all avatars must be less than 4K. As Doc Bosch found out they can't be uploaded anyway if they're too large.
Though those animated pics are truly AWESOME, they can't be used... shucks!
Not really. Mike's non-animated ones are also too big to us. Maybe the original pictures are too high quality. Perhapes there's some way you could reduce their quality, that way reducing the file size.
I would really hate losing those great animated coaster ones.
