Anyone close with TSS lately? How long is this going to take??

Considering there were two federal holidays during this time I am very impressed.

I am sending the money and the paperwork back this week. How do you check with member services to see if you are setup? Does MS send you the address to the web page and the password?

Once you have closed, TTS will send you the phone number for MS. You can call and get your info from them over the phone. Expect the process to take 2 months, start to finish.

So after I send the paperwork and money back it will take another 2 months before I am in MS's system?

No, 2 months from your offer date. Shouldn't be latter then Feb 26. They still need to process the sellers closing docs, get final closing info from Disney, process the deed and insurance policy, enter your contract into the DVC system, and then MS will enter your points into your account. The last 2 steps take 7 -10 days.

My brother is in the process of buying through TSS, and it is flying by!! 3 weeks from offer to passing ROFR!! They moved up his closing by about 3 weeks! Seems like a good time right now.
