I got these rates for those 4 nights:
Poly: only option listed is a Garden View Room: $1346.96
WL: Lodge View Room: $856.32; Courtyard View Room: $1034.72
BWI: Standard View:$1257.76; Water/Pool View: $1614.56; Concierge Room: $1926.72; Concierge Deluxe Room: $2283.52

You're welcome. I was reading another post where someone got different rates online vs. over the phone (can't remember which was cheaper). So you might want to call as well just to see if you get quoted something different!

the rates on line are cheaper than what they quoted me on the phone...how do i know..i booked on the phone..and then the next day was playing around with our dates on the passholder site and wow.. 49 a night...so i called back and they said if you get that rate on line book it..we dont have it here in our system...so tried to book it and the site crashed.. ..so i called right back and got the nicest cm on the phone...and he changed it over right away for me....

The first time I called, I got a quote of $974 for 3 nights (March 3 - 6). I called back to check on HA availability, and was told the previous CRO had not in fact changed my AAA rate to the lower AP rate, she'd actually completely deleted our reservation. So he looked up the BWI standard rate, and quoted me $934. I took it and made sure he got it right this time.

I swear we are cursed on this part of the trip. First our AKL debacle (after 3 calls, they couldn't get it right) and now this. Fortunately, most of our trip is a DVC rental at VWL, and that has gone very smoothly. (Knock on wood.)
