Anyone care to guess how much we need to save?

We have paid for the majority of our resort already (as well as purchased annual passes). We have $1000 Disney Dollars for quick food for the 9 days we will be there. We also will need to pay for the gas to and from Orlando as well as a hotel halfway there and halfway back (not booking those now, I want to get the entertainment rate or something later on).

However - we would also like to do the following and I'm just not sure how much we'll need to do them. Anyone have a rough guesstimate based on previous years? We will have 4 adults and 3 kids

Candlelight Processional - probably the German restaurant
MVMCP
LTT Thanksgiving dinner
Grand Gathering Safari
Illuminations Dinner (Grand Gathering)
Magic Kingdom breakfast with Mickey (Grand gathering)
Fireworks Cruise (Grand gathering)
CRT (if we can get a PS this time)

I plan to pay for these things as the money becomes available (and as we get closer) since we have another whole year before we're going.

Well here is what my trip broke down to. We just got back from a 9 day trip.
Food we spent 635 on. This included 2 character meals and a couple of sit down lunches and dinners. It did not include the luau that I had already paid for which was about 140-145. We also ate breakfast in our room every morning except our one breakfast at Chef Mickeys.

Traveling from MI we spent 210 gas round trip. Of course this was from MI to Alabama, then Alabama to Disney and back to MI. We spent $77 for our room at the Holiday Inn on the way home. Toll road was $6. Food on the way home was $43. Our MVMCP tickets were 136. We spent $38 on MISC activities like horseback riding and pony rides and stuff.

We spent 496 on our hotel room. 9 nights Value at AP rate. And 800 on Souvineers.

We spent a total of 4090 everything. This included our Annual passes for 2 adults and 2 children.
