Anyone Cancelled W/ Song?

WE booked our flight months ago for this fall but now have to cancel, has anyone had experience w/ SOng? Im assuming we'll be out our $$$? THanks in advance

I believe that you would have to 'use' the tickets within a year of the purchase date in order to not lose your money. And there would be a change fee of about $25 per ticket. At least that is my belief at this point.

You will be charged $25.00 a ticket change fee and the credit has to be used within 12 months. Song will not issue a refund.

If they changed your flight times at some point then you should be able to get a full refund or credit. Otherwise you'll have to pay the $25 "change in plans" fee.

I had to cancel last year due to emergency surgery and had to pay $25/ticket (when I rebooked) and fly within a year. It was very easy and better than losing entire airfare. Also, if rates go up, you do have to pay the difference, you don't just rebook to the same destination for the same price you paid if flights are higher when you rebook.

If you're flying after Nov 1 and are one of the many people who have had their flight time changed by several hours, you may be able to use this to your advantage and request a refund because the time changed significantly (especially if it's a later arrival or you'd need to switch planes instead of a direct flight). Otherwise, their posted policy is a $25 change fee and used within a year. Also, check if it's one year from DATE OF PURCHASE -- some airlines have this policy, but might give you an extention.
