Not sure if this will help or not, as it was 2006, but we bought tickets for Universal from a little kiosk just inside the Ramada Maingate parking lot when we were staying there. We were able to book our tour the night before and I think it must've been for Grayline because we were picked up at a designated bus stop and taken to a central station where we transferred to the bus that took us to Universal. We had the day there and met back up with the bus in the parking lot at the departure time. We were driven back to our hotel. It was very easy and hassle free. Again, not sure if this is the same service you are asking about, but our experience was positive.
