Anyone Buy The HM 40th Packages Today?

Were you buying just for yourself or did you have to buy more than one ticket?

Just one for myself. I can't even imagine the frustration of trying to get multiple tickets.

I was lucky enough to get into the Dearly Departed but I couldn't get my mom in. I even tried the Hitchhiker package for her and got her name and address put in and then their site went down. After trying to call for an hour or so we got through. They don't have any record of her name being put in.

Anyone know how I can get her put on the waitlist? I can't seem to figure it out on the site.

It seems that everything is sold out and the waiting is full. I also called and I spoke to a very friendly cast member. After I asked him if there could be another registration or another date or time for the event, the cast member told me that " a lot could happen" between now and September. He was very polite and firendly and I understand the position that he is in. He also told me to feel free to check in between now and September.

I know this is not the answer that you or I wanted to hear but I hope the information helps.

The Haunted Mansion attraction at DL turns 40 on 9-9-09. There are special event packages commemorating this occasion that went on sale.
