Anyone bought tickets from last minute travel?

Just did it last month and had no problems. Don't think my CC was even charged the international conversion fee that everyone is so worried about.
Once you purchase they send you a confirmation of the transaction then just a few days later you'll receive the ticket voucher (via Email) to give to the Disney ticket counter. Make sure you don't accidentally take the confirmation and not the voucher.
When at the park take the voucher to the ticket kiosk and not the turnstiles at the entrance. They exchange the voucher for real tickets and the process took about 10 minutes (15 including time in line).
One tip for you. If you want to pick up the tickets the day before you go into the park, make sure you select the date at LMT (when you purchase the tickets online) to reflect the day you want to pickup the tickets and not the day you want to enter the parks.
That way if you arrive the night before or something you can get the tickets and not have to spend the 15 minutes in line during the rush in the morning to get into the parks.

I used them last week! No problems!

Well actually, the CM that was helping me switch my voucher for tickets said she couldn't find our reservation  but she called over a manager and everything was squared away. (she was punching in the wrong numbers) Scared the junk outta me though..

I decided to try this company for our October trip. I will update here as to how things go. The savings were significant for our 4 adults/2 kids over the Disneyland/AAA option when I bought today ($330.54 cheaper for my October 2-7, 5 day PH's). I just bought a few minutes ago and already received 2 emails: one is reservation notification and the other is reservation confirmation. I will watch for the voucher email and check my credit card to make sure I get charged the correct amount.

It says that the tickets are refundable at no charge prior to picking them up at the ticket booth.

Just a quick update. I sent the company a message shortly after purchase and asked what I needed to take to the park to redeem my tickets (knowing full well that I needed a voucher by the threads on the DIS). I was just seeing if the company knew the procedure and got a response within 12 hours. It seems things are a lot smoother compared to last year and some of the less-than-perfect experiences. I just want to keep this thread updated from start to finish so others can get a better perspective to how things currently are. I have not checked my credit card statement to see about a foreign currency charge, but I will. Below was their response to what I need to redeem tickets.

xxxx,

As soon as we have the confirmation number from Disneyland for the tickets we will send you the ticket voucher. You will then take the voucher to any ticket window when you arrive in the park to get the physical tickets.

If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Thank you,

I am planning on buying our tickets for November through them. They have the cheapest prices online so far (that I've found anyway). So I'll be interested to see how your experience with them goes! :thumbsup2

I am also planning on buying tickets from them for my trip next month. How far in advanced should I purchase the tickets? I usually like to wait as long as I can incase plans change, but I know sometimes LMT takes a while to send the vouchers.

My trip is not until October. I just decided to buy them now because it seems to me that they are still selling them at the pre-June price. GetAwayToday has their prices more in line with the June price-increase (another thread mentioned that they will match LMT prices, but I didn't try). I just didn't want to get caught where LMT decided to raise prices to match everyone else.

I am sure it would be a pain, but it does say that tickets are 100% refundable before you pick them up. If my plans change, I am willing to go through the hassle of the refund versus the risk of spending an extra $300+ on tickets by waiting. We already have our Halloween tickets and it would take an emergency for our plans to change at this point because we would be stuck with those MHP tickets.

I was going to just buy my tickets from DL until I realized that the promotion ends the day before my arrival so I started looking at other options.

We bought from them in July.

IMPORTANT NOTE - They will send you a voucher via email. The email is NOT the voucher. You must print the voucher. While we had no problems, we had friends who didn't realize this and we ended up spending an hour finding a place to print the voucher as it couldn't be done at a ticket booth (GCH was able to print them at the concierge desk.)

Well, that was faster than expected. Perhaps it has something to do with my email asking about the voucher shortly after I purchased, but I received the voucher email today. I placed my order at 12:06 PM yesterday and received the voucher email today. To sum up, I received a reservation notification email (sent from "info"), reservation confirmation email (sent from "customer_support"), and then the voucher email (sent from "attractions"). As mentioned above, the voucher is an attachment that you will need to print and take to a ticket window. I will update here once I check my credit card statement. After my trip, I will also update how it went at park. We plan on upgrading to DAP's during our trip so I will also let you know what value I get when upgrading. NOTICE: MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET OUTSIDE OF THE 60 DAY EXPIRATION. You get to put what day you want them (see my October 2 "service date" below).

Yes I have - for our July 2010 visit and will be using them again for our Thanksgiving visit *I purchased these PHs right before the price increase however it looks as though I could've held off purchasing them... aw well.

Just tagging along with this thread to see the update by oumagic when they check their credit card statement. I had never even heard of this place but I might be getting my tickets from them now. :thumbsup2

My charge was exactly what it should have been with no additional fees; I purchased on 8/17 so there has been plenty of time to see an extra charge. I used my Disney Visa and bought 4 adult and 2 kid tickets. I guess all that is left is to see how the voucher swap for tickets goes on 10/2/11. We are going to drive there and park at DTD for lunch @ 12:30pm, grab our tickets @ 2pm and then check into the hotel at 3pm or so. I'll just update here on how long it all takes and if there are any issues.

GetawayToday does price match. We just did this 2 weeks ago. We felt more comfortable with them, as we have used them 3 or 4 times.

Where on LMT's website do you find park hoppers? I can't seem to find tickets anywhere.

Never mind - found it.

Has anyone upgraded these tickets for AP's? If so can you tell me how much DL put their value at? I am thinking about doing this in December if we go.

I upgraded my LMT park hopper to an AP back in April 2010, so I don't know how helpful my experience will be. I paid $148-ish for my 3 day park hopper from LMT and upgraded to a Deluxe AP my last day. The amount I paid to upgrade was figured as if I had paid the Disneyland price for my 3 day park hopper. I pointed out to the CM that I had gotten my ticket at a discount, and I was prepared to pay for the upgrade from $148 (not $184 -- the Disneyland price). She told me I didn't need to, and all was fine. So basically I saved $36, and paid a total of $263 for my AP as opposed to the $299 price at that time. Hopefully someone with a more recent experience will chime in!
