Anyone bought a rain cover for double jogging stroller

We just bought a Baby Jogger City Mini and I was wondering if anyone has bought either the City Mini rain cover ($45) or a generic one (~$15). I was wondering if the extra money is worth it to get a good fitting one or if the cheaper ones fit OK on any strollers.

I have a Mountain Buggy Urban Double. The MBUD brand rain cover is out of stock at my local store, so I temporarily purchased a generic cover at ToysrUs. It is driving me crazy! There is velcro to attach it to the handle bars and one place along the sides, but it doesnt hug the stroller down by the kids' feet. The wind keeps catching it and either blowing it up or blowing it into my baby's face. I will definitely be buying the MBUD cover as soon as it is in stock. I know it will fit over the footplate and won't be blowing all over the place.

If you use your stroller outdoors a lot, I would go ahead and get the brand specific cover.
