Anyone booking at BWV or BCV in August 09 at the 7 month window?

I was surprised to have no problem booking the 9th through the 21st of August at BCV (studio) at the 7 month window. This will be my first stay at BCV and I am really looking forward to it.

I had to pull out the DVC confirmation page to double check. It shows Beach Club Villas, studio, but nothing else. Perhaps it defaults to a preferred view if it's your home resort? Wishful thinking? (Although not mine, it is the home resort for the member I rented from.)

Again, I guess it doesn't really matter. For us this is a trip of a lifetime and we're going to have a great time no matter what the view.

ETA: okay, I get it now. I'd just noticed several references in this thread to preferred and standard view, so that is why I wondered. MOST posters were indeed referring to BWV, not BCV. Thanks for clarifying.

finaly got to finish our booking
we have a 1 bedroom villa for the 25th Aug to the 6th Sept

only another 206 days to wait
