anyone booked with truly travel ltd?

hi has anyone booked with truly travel ltd ( part of media travel & travel club) through teletext holidays? HOPEFULLY have flights booked with Delta airlines and a 2 bedroom suite at Westgate lakes resort & spa!?
I was excited but now worried after reading some reviews!
can anyone make me feel better about my holiday?

Do they have ATOL and or ABTA registered numbers? You can then check that these are legitimate numbers.

Thanks' Wayne, been a rough couple of years, but back to a sort of fighting condition

I had a look on Google and there are quite a few unhappy users of the travel company, but of course those that are satisfied probably don't post,

However they don't seem to have an ATOL registration, just a well worded line at the bottom of the page saying they act as agents for ATOL bonded companies, i.e. they buy from ATOL bonded companies but looks like you have no redress if they go bust. No ABTA registration either is shown.

Personally I would keep clear of any company not bonded with ATOL or ABTA

I have ATOL certificates - BUT checking they're real with the org. I am also checking with the airline and hotel to make sure we're booked in!
