Anyone booked Virgin flight on Expedia?

If so, can you help? I booked mine and I wanted to put in a flight seat preference. Virgin aren't recognising any of the code numbers I put it. I emailed expedia and they confirmed my booking and confirmed the reference number but the virgin site still keeps throwing errors up. So I emailed virgin...no response and that was 3 weeks ago *rolls eyes*. Can anyone help?
