anyone booked concierge level with Disney uk

we have booked concierge level with Disney uk at the yacht club next year for a celebration trip. I was wondering if anyone had booked CL with Disney UK and how it worked with the planning services. do we need to contact them at 180 days or will they contact us?

Hi Claire,
I'm not sure about the Yacht Club but I have read on these boards that many people have contacted concierge at Animal Kingdom by e-mail just ahead of the 180 day mark and the concierge planners have responded fairly quickly.
Other people waited and didn't hear anything from them.

Claire, you can drop an email to the concierge team at the YC 180 days prior to your trip. They will then e-mail you the pre-trip itinerary planning questionnaire and further information. They can arrange all of your ADRs and if you are planning on doing a speciality cruise, let them take care of it. They have a much higher success rate and bag the cruises before they are released to the general public.
