I tried booking two different reservations through Cartier yesterday morning. Their website states that you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, but I've not heard back yet. I also emailed them asking if they received my request, and still haven't heard from that, either.
I have a couple months until I need to use them, but now I'm second-guessing myself as to if I used a good server. When follow-up is not as stated initially, I begin to question everything in the future.
So, has anyone tried booking online within the last day or two? Did you receive a reply back? The only reason I went with Cartier was that they were cheaper from both the airport and then from our resort to CityWalk during the week. We are saving at least $40 total for both reservations, and since I only want to eat at Margaritaville in CityWalk (the only reason we're going there), that amount would pretty much pay for our meal (there's 3 of us).
Anyhow, just looking for some reassurance.
