Anyone booked accomodation through Complete Orlando?

We have booked last minute (11 weeks before travelling) as we had to cancel our Mexico holiday and decided to go to WDW instead. I looked around the web and found a really good website - completeorlando.co.uk.
We stayed at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas last year and booked though hotelkingdom because due to the exchange rate last year cost us £831 for 5 in a 2 bedroomed villa. We absolutely loved it there and was very close to downtown disney, so we looked at staying here again. £781 again for a 2bedroomed villa - better than last year!
I want to know if anyone else has booked accomodation through Complete Orlando. Any problems?

Yes heard of them but never used them.
They are owned by Attraction Tickets Direct who many people use for tickets.

What dates? I can't see availabilty for 25th July for 14 nights, is that wrong dates?

Yes we go 25th July for 14 nights. I had to input all the child ages and it came up with a list of places that were available for those dates for the number of us.

Have just put the deatils in again and its not now coming up with this hotel, so thank god I booked it when I did! LOL

Looks like you got the last room on the system for them dates or maybe a glitch and it will come back.
Was going to point you to Monarchairlines, they have some great rates for this complex. At least £200 cheaper than you paid for 2 weeks but again no availabilty.
Whats your cancellation policy? could be worth watching see if it re-appears.
Just priced 25th Aug 2 weeks to get idea of price, £539 after 5% cashback thru Quidco.

Have just received post with accomodation vouchers in and have just e-mailed the hotels reservation team to make sure they have the reservation OK. Shouldn't see a problem as Complete Orlando are ATOL protected. We paid the entire amount up front as it was only 11 weeks when we booked till when we travelled - seemed stupid paying deposit, only to have to pay the rest in 3 weeks. Their Terms and conditions are at the very bottom of the page - it highlights up to click on and takes you to the page including cancellation charges, but here's what they take as deposit:-

- Full payment on all flights
- £100 per accommodation
- 20% of attraction tickets
- £50 per car rental
- Total premium for holiday insurance

The cancellation charges are:-

Number of days prior to departure Cancellation amount
When written confirmation is received by us: as a % of total holiday price:
57+ days Deposit only inc. insurance/ amendment fees
56-29 days 50% + 100% of flight costs
28-15 days 70% + 100% of flight costs
14-8 days 90% + 100% of flight costs
Less than 7 days 100%


We only purchased accomodation through them - we did the rest seperately.
