We have a trip coming up to UO and we are staying at the HRH (4/17-4/23).
I booked the trip through AAA.com but the actual reservation is done on the Universal vacation site. The trip has been paid in full and I still have not received any snail mail confirmation of the trip. I did get an email with the confirmation # and I have sent a few emails and they tell me I will not get any information sent to us (tickets etc...) until 2 weeks before... Is this normal?? Has anyone else booked through AAA.com?
Also, I applied for the Loews card after the reservation so should I call the HRH directly to add this info to the reservation? Do I need to wait until I get confirmation from them? Can I ask for an upgrade (we have pool view)?
