It is not often that we see someone such as yourself, not only taking the time to share experience, but also coming back to update other readers with unbiased and factual follow up, which is what you did with your second post. So, thank you for this.
Regarding the reviews you found about us, it is unfortunate you did not come across the good ones. I can assure you that there are plenty of good reviews about HotelTravel.com, written by customers who were satisfied with our services. The company has been going since 1999, and I dont believe it would still be in existence, if it delivered a below standard service.
Despite our greatest effort to perform the best we can in servicing every single booking request we receive, sadly, on some rare occasions and just like any other businesses in the world, performance does not meet expectations. Sometimes it is our mistake, and sometimes external factors which are hard to control come into play. In all cases, we try our utmost to solution the problems.
