Anyone besides me like their DH?

I love my dh. he does so much for our family. we both work outside of the home so we both are tired when we get home. However with 2 young girls the day doesn't end when we walk in the door. together we cook dinner, get the bed time routine going and then finally once the kids are tucked in it's us time....as little of time as we get we enjoy an hour or 2 after the kids are in bed. We pitch in together as a family to get things done here too....

I can't imagine going on a vacation without him!

Chalk me up for another who adores her husband!!! My hubby is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I feel so lucky to have found the man of my dreams and to share our lives together. He's an incredible dad to our two daughters too!

Oh me, count me in. My DH is my best friend and let me tell you in the last year, I don't know what I'd have without him. He makes me smile everyday. On the day I met him, I realized what was missing in my life - HIM!!! He takes care of the kids, if I have a job substitute teaching and one of the kids gets sick he will volunteer to stay home instead of me (not that I take him up on it). He cooks, he does dishes, he does laundry when I can't. He takes care of the kids if I want to go anywhere, for instance today I went to an all day scrapbook crop and he took care of the kids (they went to a park and then went swimming) all day. When I go on my weekend crops, he plans a whole Daddy Daughter Weekend for my girls. We work well together and we guinely like each other. I try very hard to not take him for granted, and appreciate him.

Count me in as one who got one of the good ones. I am SO lucky to have found him and was able to see the incredible man he is. He does so many things for me and for our family. He truly puts our needs before his own.

I am genuinely grateful that God sent me this man to be my partner in life and family.

I'm going to go kiss him right now!

I'm another who thinks quite highly of my husband.:lovestruc

I am so thankful each and every day for all he does for our children, and me. He is a wonderful father and husband. He does more around our house and for me then any other man I know. My friends are all quite jealous, lol. He has always put the kids and I first. He does not love Disney as much as the kids and I do but, he goes and has a great time because he knows how much we love it. We have a great time on vacation and really enjoy spending time alone and with our children.

We do have our moments. He annoys me and I know I annoy him but, in the end we couldn't be happier.

We will be married 12 years in September, together for 16.

Whether you like your spouse or not, it is distasteful to discuss the details in a public venue. I'm sure the person would not appreciate being the subject of posts and as they say there are two sides to every story.

This board has some downer threads today.

Between people who are happy that their DH's can't go to WDW with them or those who wish that their DH's wouldn't go. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1896905

and then those who consider their DH's to be really selfish-

I'm just wondering if anyone else is actually really happy with their partner.

I have to say , you are not alone. I simply adore my DH. He puts up with my mother and let me tell you, that takes a great man to do so. He listens to me when I need to talk. He supports me no matter what. He taught me the true meaning of UNconditional love.

I've posted on a couple of those DH drives me crazy threads...I admit it!!:rolleyes1 Unfortunately, I have very few (OK no) female friends to vent to. I don't want to discuss our issues with my Mom or sister because most of the things are petty and annoying but I don't want my family to think badly of him. Especially since he is a really great guy.

He works very hard to provide for our family. He loves me unconditionally and our girls. He thinks I'm still beautiful and sexy even though I don't really feel that way anymore. But when he tells me, I believe it. He annoys me at least once a day but it's usually something dumb and is quickly forgotten. I annoy HIM far more than he does me since I'm a bit OCD and more than a little bit ummm demanding. He cooks, cleans, does laundry, and actually listens to me when I talk about WDW. He recently started working out of town Sunday night through Thursday night and it's really an eye opener. It lets me see just how much he does around here and how much I miss him when he's gone :sad1: I love him, he meakes me laugh and yes, I really do LIKE him too.

I love my DH too! He may get on my nerves sometimes, as I'm sure I do the same to him, but he is my best friend, and I am lucky to have him!!!
