Republican or Democrat, the Daily Show is hilarious to watch. I loved the DNC Convention Coverage. Now the RNC Convention coverage is just as funny. Last night John Stewart didn't even need any writers, he just kept playing the Zell Miller clip of his interview with Chris Matthews. I laughed till I cried. Regardless of political views, if you don't laugh at that show, your taking things way to serious. I laughed just as hard last night as I did during the Dem convention, and I'm a convervative republican!

Another Daily Show fan here!

I like when Jon Stewart was talking about how the RNC "wasn't going to use Sept 11 in their convention" and then he played clips of Gulliani saying "Sept 11" over and over again at the RNC!

That show is so funny.
John Stewart doing Arnold was the best!

Did you see the unfortunate CNN cut-away? The speaker was going on about how much better schools are and how the children are studying more etc. etc. and then they show a kid playing game-boy in the audience. :teeth:

I absolutely love his show and the way he cuts out the bull and goes straight to the obvious. No matter which side he is poking fun at, it is always done well.

I called my roomate out of his room just to replay that clip on my Tivo. Hilarious

::yes:: :teeth: :wave: :tongue:

HIYA! It is the show I watch religiously...

I watch/read alot of the serious stuff and it is nice to kick back and decompress.

As a side note is anybody feeling like Cobair is just not on the top of his game? What is up with that??

He's on top of my Tivo To-Do list. I watched him every night. He's not only funny, his show is actually pretty intelligent. When I watched Farenheit 911, I kept thinking Michael Moore stole Jon Stewart's style.

And I love his guests. He actually invite interesting uncommon guests. I really hope he won't jump to network TV. His show is much better on Comedy Central.
