Well besides the moral part of "that rule does not apply to me, they meant everyone else should only park for three hours" And I realize that I am being picky, but.... if you look around our society today you see a lot of this "rationalization". (In my town I notice that red lights and stop signs don't seem to apply to a lot of cars. I guess if it doesn't say MR. JONES STOP, Mr Jones assumes it is for someone else!)
The above statements don't make a whole lot of sense. If you are illegally parked (and have been given a slip of paper saying you can only park for three hours) then they are within thier rights to tow you and you would be liable not Disney. A good tow truck driver can extract your car from a space MUCH smaller then the average Disney space without damaging anything. (I see them do it out my office window all the time!)
When I am one of the guests at those Deluxe resorts, I had better be able to find a space or I will be at the front desk pointing out the "pink slips" and other resort slips. I don't think I should be forced into paying for Valet simply because all the "free spots" were taken up by others.
