Anyone been to Turks and Caicos lately?

My coworker is going on her honeymoon, and a relative is concerned that it had been damaged by a possible hurricane. Do you have any feedback on the condition?

Unless I have missed something, she should be fine.

I think that there was some minimal storm effects a year or two ago, especially over Grand Turk... Not Grace Bay on Providenciales where your coworker will probably be.

OMG, I would LOVE to be going to T&C.

Do you know where your coworker will be staying?

I hope not! We are going over Christmas staying at Beaches!! I am sooooo excited. I haven't heard anything about hurricane damage though.

We were just there. No hurricane damage. But they have been ravaged by the economy like everyone else and you have to be more careful with your stuff on the beach.

We'll be there in a little over a month, but just for the day. It's one of the stops on our cruise.
