NASCAR Cafe is great fun and should be ideal for kids. They show race highlights and have real race cars of famous drivers hanging from the ceiling. Every 20 minutes or so you hear the call "Gentlemen, start your engines" and the place fills with the roar of engines at starting time.

The food's pretty good too with an emphasis on country cooking. The restaurant's upstairs and if it's a nice night, try for a table on the balcony that looks across the canal to the Hard Rock. The menu's the same all day.

Salads and appetizers are $4 to $9, entrees $10 to $20, sandwiches $8 or $9, and desserts $5 to $7. Side dishes with entrees are a la carte and cost $2. The sweet poato souffle is awesome.

Downstairs there's a bar and a NASCAR store that has a $1,000 lambskin jacket that I covet.

I went there in April with my two boys, ages 8 & 10. We loved it. There was a nascar directly above us and they spun the wheels and did the whole start your engines thing. My kids loved it. The food was great too, kids menu with average choices, and the onion rings were amazing. I had the chicken tender appetizer which comes with fries. It was more than enough for a whole meal and was only $6! The waitress was our "crew chief" and at the end she gave us a "ticket".
They also have a great simulator downstairs that your kids can take a ride on, $4 per person. I did not go in because I don't like to be completely closed in, but they loved it. Have a wonderful time!

I have been inside but have not eaten there. I have heard all positive things. My sister and brother in law eat there alot and have mentioned that the portions are big.

It was great. We made ressies for 7:30 after the park closed and we only had to wait about 5 minutes. There is a place to make dinner res. when you enter city walk so that it is a shorter wait. My son is almost 3 and he loved it. The food portions were huge and my son loved the spaghetti. The ribs were awsome. I would go there again in a heartbeat. Prices were reasonable.

Have fun!!!
