Hey guys.

I've been to the world four times but this summer I'll be visiting Disneyland for a few days. Any advice, suggestions, thoughts, or past experiences would be really appreciated!

Thanks!

i want to but I never have. It's for sure on my list of places to do!! When I was younger and watched Disney channel a lot, I was always fascinated by the kids on Disney 411 or Disney 365 or whatever its called.... whenever they were in California I was so jealous!

Yes!!I live 30 minuets away, have a pass and go a few times a month :cool1: Disneyland is an extremley amazing place! Its ont as big ad wd, but its even more magical to me :), I feel theres more magic because its a bit smaller if that makes sense

Indiana Jones ride is outstanding. There are differences between the versions in FL and CA, so don't skip Haunted Mansion, Pirates.

I'll keep that in mind! Thanks!

I was just there for spring break and it was my first time there but i have been to disney world like 18 times so it was kinda weird since i am so used to the four parks and so many big roller costers and in disney land there are only two parks and only like four big roller coster. disney land park is aimed a little more toward little kids but it still has space mountain, splash mountain, and big thunder mountain:cool1:. the other park (california adventure) has more big rides and more stuff for people our age to do. but over all it is a realy fun place to go. :)

My family and I have always gone to WDW in florida and just last year we decided to change things up and go to Disneyland. My Disneyland experience was absolutly wonderful, but VERY diffrent from WDW. First of all, everything is in walking distance. The two parks, the hotels and downtown Disney are only minutes away wich made everything easier! Also, the castle is really small compared to WDW`s. Third of all, the entire park area is in the centertown of LA, wich makes it feel really diffrent than WDW. Lastly, the aspect that impacted me the most was the quality of the park. Disneyland was like Magic Kingdom but with greater detail. You will love it:)

Favs: indianna jones ride, california screeming and Jazz Cafe(downtown disney)

Thank you! The walking distance sounds great!

HEY! So i have never been to WDW but to disneyland a ZILLION times. I love itt! The big thing I always hear when comparing the two is that WDW is wayyy bigger. Even though disneyland is a lot smaller... it definitely has a LOT to offer. There is so much to see and do! I also think it's cool knowing that it's the original disney park. California adventure is pretty fun..more of the thrill rides. I think the addition of a Cars land in the summer 2012 will spice things up a bit. I too am going next summer and can't waitttt! We might even get to go this december...fingers crossed!
