Anyone been to Character Connection?

Anyone have some insight into Epcot's Character Connection? We want to visit with our 3 yr. old (who LOVES the characters - it almost doesn't matter which ones, she's run for everyone from Mickey to Jepetto(sp ?)). Which ones are typically at the Connection & is it usually very crowded like Mickey's place in Toontown? Thanks!

When we were there in January I was pleasantly surprised to see a LOT of characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Pluto, Chip & Dale, the ape from Jungle Book, pinochio, and a lot more that I couldn't remember. We took lots of photos

Character Connection is basically the Character VIP room. you'll can see Mickey Minnie Donald and Chip and Dale there regularly. Goofy is sometimes there but he's either outside or at the exit. Baloo and King Louie have been known to make apperances at the exit. It's all they realy do at Epcot now since the Characters on Holiday bus to open the park is no longer in use.

We were there one morning in January...when walked in...no one else was there...we just walked from character to character. It was great!! One character we met was Mary Poppins!!

oh yeah i forgot about Mary poppins. She does sets at Character connections before she moves over to the UK.

We did not share the opinion of the poster on Deb's site. We didn't find it confusing at all. We were there last Thanksgiving. The location is at Epcot in Future World.

As I recall, it was Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Chip and Dale. We simply went from one character to the other. It was a line of about 5-7 families in front of us and it moved fairly quickly. You know, pictures, autographs and hugs!

I am headed there next weekend. I have read severl things about a hall in the character connection where more characters are. Is this something you have to ask about, just do..I don't want to go somewhere thats not intended for WDW guests. Anyone know the hours of CC?

The Epcot Character Connection is near Innovnetions West in Future World. It took me the whole two weeks we were there to convince DP to go in there with me.

I believe the the meet and greeets were daily from Noon 'til 5:30.

Hi there,

I was quite pleased with the amount of characters in the pavilion, they included Mickey Minnie Donald Goofy Pluto and occasionally Mary Poppins, Captain Hook, Daisy, Rafiki.

We did this a few weeks ago and it's a great way to meet a lot of characters in a little amount of time. We saw Mickey, Minnie (what a flirt), Chip, Dale, Pluto,Donald, Friar Tuck, and we just missed Goofy. Princess Aurora had supposedly just been there too.
I was surprised there weren't that many people there. I don't think most people know to look there. It was a much easier time than trying to see them at Toontown. I agree- you get to see a lot of characters in a little amount of time.
