VDH Questions for Purchasing

Are there any MM this year that registration hasnt opened for, or did I miss them all

Only the one for the DLR at DCA next month on 2/23. Hit me up closer - I may have extra tickets for you and your wife. Depends if friends are able to make it.

My monthly payment is $145.75 (I just looked), so I guess for 2, it would be about $300 per month. You can always set it up for monthly payments and then when you have some extra money, stop by the booths and pay one off. My pass renews early September, and I would have liked to pay it off early, but thinking that is not happening this year. At least, it is 0% interest so not paying extra to pay monthly.

I go for a lot of the holidays (or on those weekends) - went last Saturday, love 4th of July (special flag retreat), Labor Day, Memorial Day. I have also been on Christmas and Easter before too, but those always depend on the holiday plans with family. LOL

We went last 4th of july and it was great. Ive been wanting to go to Disney on Easter. My wife gets all the three day holidays off and that would be great too. I feel like this year Is kind of a wash tho, all those holidays are already booked up except christmas and every pass is blocked for that

Lost track as the years pass. Think that was obtained during year 1. Just maybe they have some stashed. Make friends in the DVC room. Fantasy Tower. Never know.

I agree! In fact, if they had an annual DVC pass at DLR, we probably would have bought VDH... well, at least it would have tipped the scales more in favor of that.

I used to live in Silverdale/Bremerton/Poulsbo. Loved living in the Puget Sound area.

No, I'm aiming for a Typhoon Lagoon MM in June, and I believe the registration date is coming up in February. So, I would assume all of the ones scheduled for after that are also later registration dates.

Oh wow I just looked it up and it seems like a lot of them havent started registration. I hope they start sending me the email reminders now, typhoon lagoon sounds like it would be fun, is the water park open during it??

Yes, my understanding is the entire water park is open. They also do paid after hours H2O Glow events at the water parks during the summertime. I'm sort of assuming it will be somewhat similar to that.

We managed to get MM reservations. Just luck of the draw that we were going to be at VGC! Sometimes you just get lucky! Only downside is it starts at 9:00 PM. That's really close to my bedtime

Ya airline tickets are expensive. Of course I have an airlines CC that I use for everything, which helps a lot! We even bought our direct points with it. We could drive to DLR, but prefer to go in Feb and the passes can be dicey. I grew up in Texas, but have no desire to return. I will never live where I sweat again!

Last year locked out of DCA MM. (year before, made it. Didn’t have the early registration yet for DCA). Surprised this year got it! Not staying on site that night.
