Has anyone been to Blizzard Beach. I am going back to WDW for the 2nd time and have planned to go to Blizzard Beach but have never been before. We went to Typhoon Lagoon once last year and loved it. Has Blizzard Beach got something for Thrill Seekers and for Scaredy-Cats (e.g. Won't go on Kali River Rapids)

Out of the two parks BB has the more intense experiences, however there is still plenty to do for those you like to take it easy. We do not do anything too daring but still enjoy both

My husband and I LOVE Blizzard Beach. It has something for everyone from a Lazy River to an intense nearly vertical water slide. I have not been to Typhoon Lagoon, but would wholeheartedly recommend Blizzard Beach

BB is an enjoyable waterpark for both thrill seekers and those who like to take it a little easier.

There's the larger slides such as Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher, but then they also have the Teamboat Springs water raft, which is a family raft ride which isn't as bad as the others.

There's also the lazy river, which has quite a few surprises along its route too. There's also the chairlift, which takes up to 3 people at a time up to the top of Mount Gushmore. From the top, the braver ones can ride a slide down to the bottom again, the ones who can't face the slides, will sadly have to walk back down, but there's some great views on the way up there! :)

Great day out at Disney, shops and places to grab a bite to eat there also. Oh, and right outside the BB gates is Disney's Winter Summerland Adventure Mini Golf, which is great fun for a stop off after some water park action! :goodvibes

Hi Morgan :wave2: we're mainly big wusses in our family but we loved Blizzard Beach. We spent nearly a whole day there, just relaxing in the lazy river or in floats in the pool, and even I enjoy the family raft ride. :goodvibes

Have fun! :wizard: :wizard:

We went to on our last two trips its great for all, we spent a whole day there, just relaxing in the lazy river in the rings and the family raft ride, we are not ones for thrill rides.

Summit Plummit is certainly an interesting way to start your day:)

If your going you really need to be there at opening time so you can get on the slides without standing in big queues all day.
