I was there twice in the past 2 weeks. First day was a Monday, and ride times were mostly low (cheetah hunt was the exception and was 40 minutes that day) Everything else was near walk on. Second time was the Friday 7/5, so much more crowded in general, cheetah hunt was 70 minutes from 9:30am on till nearly close, but even at that, Montu, which is just past Cheetah was less than 10 minutes (we waited 15 minutes for FRONT row), and Sheikra was 20 minutes, Kumba was 10 minutes. In our experience, other than Cheetah, none of the wait times are very bad at all. If they like thrill rides, possibly the best in the park (IMO) is not a coaster at all. Phoenix is a boat (think Viking ship) similiar to those you may have seen in other parks that rock forward and back, the difference is that Phoenix actually revolves all the way over. It rocks back and forth a few times building up the momentum, and when it gets to the tipping point, you hang literally for several seconds upside down before it keeps going. Last Friday was my first experience with it, and I personally loved it, but my ride loving 13 year old chickened out.
