Anyone been on a Disney Cruise?

My husband and I are using our points to go on a Disney Cruise for our anniversarry next year. We want to dine at Palo but we don't want to miss out on Animators Palate. Any suggestions on how to make to Palo ressie 75 days out when we don't know our dining rotation yet? Thanks!

I am sure the Mods will move this over to the cruise board where you will get very detailed answers.

But I can offer up some insights. First are you going on a 3, 4 or 7 day cruise. My guess is either a 3 day or 4..

4 day is easy, book Palo on the third night as the rotations repeat the same place on nights 2 and 3, and AP only does the - show - on the first night.. Although you will miss the Pirate night menu if you do that...

As far as your chance at getting a certain rotation based on your traveling party... The cruise section would better serve you with that

Well, I tell you what WE did.

I made Palo reservations for both nights, and then cancelled one of them, after we got our rotation! That way, I had it on the Parrot's Cay night!

Parrot's Cay is a great restaurant, but we love it for lunch, and Palo for dinner!
